Candle + Clarity is a facilitated sensory candle-making experience for teams, retreats and meaningful gatherings. Participants explore fragrance, create a personalized candle and move through a guided moment of intention, reflection or affirmation. Each participant leaves with the candle they created.

No. Candle + Clarity is a non-clinical creative and sensory experience. It is not psychotherapy, psychiatric care, medical treatment or a clinical intervention.

The Craft is approximately 60 minutes; The Ritual is approximately 75–90 minutes; The Sanctuary is approximately 90–120 minutes.

Standard experiences begin with a minimum of 10 participants. Events with 25 or more participants receive a custom logistics review.

ASCEND provides the candle-making materials, curated fragrance options, workshop preparation, setup and guided facilitation. Experience-specific inclusions are confirmed in your proposal and agreement.

A private or semi-private indoor area approved for candle-pouring, with adequate ventilation and a level, stable setup area. The venue should provide one chair per participant, one six-foot table per six participants, one additional facilitator table, electrical access when required and an on-site contact.

The venue must disclose restrictions involving fragrance, candles, heated materials, electrical equipment or outside vendors. Candles are not lit. Warm wax and controlled heating equipment may be present.

The organizer provides the final participant count, confirms venue approval and shares arrival information such as parking or unloading, security check-in, elevator access, the room location and an on-site contact. If food or beverages will be offered, the organizer coordinates that service separately. ASCEND handles the materials, setup and facilitated experience.

Food and beverage service is coordinated by the organizer and venue. It should not interfere with the approved candle-making setup or safe use of warm wax and controlled heating equipment.

The first 50 driving miles each way from Fairfield are included. Events 51–100 miles each way include a $150 travel fee. Events beyond 100 miles or requiring overnight travel are quoted individually. Parking, tolls and required lodging are listed separately.

Yes. Custom-branded candle labels are available for The Craft and The Ritual at $8 per person and are included with The Sanctuary.

Unscented accommodations may be available. Include the request with your event details so ASCEND can review the appropriate production and event setup before confirming it.

Share known fragrance sensitivities, mobility needs or other relevant access considerations when submitting your inquiry. ASCEND will review the venue and production requirements and confirm what can be accommodated safely before booking.

The Craft is $65 per person with a 10-participant minimum. The Ritual is $85 per person with a 10-participant minimum. The Sanctuary is $115 per person with a $1,150 minimum event investment.

A signed agreement and 50% reservation payment secure your event date. The remaining balance is due 14 calendar days before the event.

No. Your date is secured after the event details are approved, the agreement is signed and the 50% reservation payment is received.

Current cancellation and rescheduling terms are provided in the event agreement for review before the reservation payment is made.

Submit your preferred date as early as possible, especially for larger groups, custom-branded labels or events requiring extended travel. Availability is confirmed during planning.
