A guided candle-making experience featuring curated fragrance selection, candle creation and a concise intention element.
Minimum booking: 10 participants / $650
The Ritual
$85 per person
Approximately 75–90 minutes
ASCEND’s signature experience combines candle creation with deeper intention, reflection, affirmation and sensory elements.

The Sanctuary
$115 per person
Approximately 90–120 minutes
A premium experience for executive groups, leadership gatherings, retreats and VIP environments. Custom-branded labels are included.
Minimum event investment: $1,150

You bring the people. ASCEND brings the experience.
ASCEND provides the candle-making materials, curated fragrance options, workshop preparation, setup and guided facilitation.
The organizer provides the final participant count, confirms that the venue permits the experience and shares venue-specific arrival information, such as parking or unloading instructions, building check-in, elevator access, the event-room location and an on-site contact.

Tracy Elieff is a psychiatric nurse practitioner based in Northern California and the founder of ASCEND Experience.
Her professional background informs a thoughtful perspective on attention, ritual, reflection and human connection. That perspective shapes the care behind Candle + Clarity while the experience itself remains intentionally non-clinical.
Candle + Clarity is not psychotherapy, psychiatric care, medical treatment or a clinical intervention.

What group sizes do you accommodate?
Standard experiences begin with a minimum of 10 participants. Events with 25 or more participants receive a custom logistics review.
What does ASCEND provide?
ASCEND provides the candle-making materials, curated fragrance options, workshop preparation, setup and guided facilitation.
What does the venue need to provide?
A private or semi-private indoor area approved for candle-pouring, adequate ventilation, stable tables, one chair per participant, standard electrical access when needed and an on-site contact.
Do you travel?
Yes. The first 50 driving miles each way from Fairfield are included. Events 51–100 miles each way include a $150 travel fee. Events beyond 100 miles or requiring overnight travel are quoted individually.
What is the payment policy?
A signed agreement and 50% reservation payment secure your date. The remaining balance is due 14 calendar days before the event.
