The Craft

$65 per person · Approximately 60 minutes

A guided candle-making experience featuring curated fragrance selection, candle creation and a concise intention element.

Minimum booking: 10 participants / $650

The Ritual — Signature Experience

$85 per person · Approximately 75–90 minutes

ASCEND’s signature Candle + Clarity experience combines candle creation with deeper intention, reflection, affirmation and sensory elements.

The Sanctuary

$115 per person · Approximately 90–120 minutes

A premium, immersive experience designed for executive groups, leadership gatherings, retreats and VIP environments. Custom-branded candle labels are included.

Minimum event investment: $1,150

Custom-branded labels are available for The Craft and The Ritual at $8 per person.
Custom-branded labels are included with The Sanctuary.
Groups of 25 or more receive a custom logistics review.
Unscented accommodations may be available when requested during planning.

Easy for the organizer

You bring the people. ASCEND brings the experience.

ASCEND provides the candle-making materials, curated fragrance options, workshop preparation, setup and guided facilitation.

The organizer provides the final participant count, confirms that the venue permits the experience and shares venue-specific arrival information with ASCEND. This may include parking or unloading instructions, building or security check-in procedures, elevator access, the event-room location and the name of an on-site contact.

Venue requirements

A clear, safe setup.

Candle + Clarity requires a private or semi-private indoor area approved for candle-pouring, with adequate ventilation and a level, stable setup area.

One seated chair for each participant
One six-foot table for every six participants
One additional six-foot facilitator and supply table
Reasonable access to standard electrical outlets when required
A named on-site contact

Before booking, the venue must disclose restrictions involving fragrance, candles, heated materials, electrical equipment or outside vendors. Candles are not lit during the experience. Warm wax and controlled heating equipment may be present.

Travel

Mobile throughout Northern California.

ASCEND is based in Fairfield, California. The first 50 driving miles each way are included in the experience price.

Events located 51–100 driving miles each way from Fairfield include a $150 event travel fee. Events beyond 100 miles or requiring overnight travel are quoted individually. Parking, tolls and required lodging are listed separately in the event proposal.
